Our 20 year written guarantee
Every job we complete comes with a 20 year full written company guarantee covering workmanship and the materials we supply and fit.
What the guarantee is
A roofer’s guarantee is the clearest measure of how much they trust their own work. Ours is a 20 year full written company guarantee. It covers the workmanship on the job we carry out and the materials we supply and fit, and it is given to you as a written document when the work is finished.
We have been in the trade for 20 years, so we know which details fail on a roof and which ones last. We would rather do a job once, properly, than come back to it.
In plain terms
- Workmanship on the work we carry out, for 20 years
- Materials we supply and fit as part of that work
- No call-out charge for a covered fault
- One point of contact: you call us, not a manufacturer
- Issued in writing, with the work, materials and completion date recorded
One phone call, no chasing
Some guarantees are split between a short labour warranty from the roofer and a separate manufacturer warranty you have to claim yourself. Ours is not. If something covered goes wrong, you ring us on 0800 494 7291 and we come and put it right.
Keep the written guarantee with your house documents. If you sell, a buyer’s surveyor will want to see what work has been done to the roof and when.
Guarantee questions
Does it cover repairs as well as new roofs?
The guarantee covers the work we carry out, whether that is a repair, a new flat roof or a full re-roof. The written document sets out exactly what was done.
What is not covered?
Parts of the roof we did not work on, and damage caused by something else, such as a falling tree or someone else working on the roof. The written guarantee spells this out.
What about emergency make-safe work?
Temporary weatherproofing is just that, temporary. The permanent repair that follows is covered.
How do I make a claim?
